Clevedon Open Gardens
Clevedon, south of Bristol, Somerset
Sunday 27th May 2018
11.00am to 4.00pm
Garden lovers in North Somerset are in for a rare treat in May when some of our finest gardens in Clevedon will be open to the public. Organised by Clevedon Pride, the event will give anyone and everyone the opportunity to explore the secrets of hidden and private gardens not usually open to the public.
Behind the stone walls and privets there are gardens which are truly astounding. Big ones, small ones and, quite frankly, some which just go on forever.
The many delights include cottage gardens full of old favourites such as roses, clematis and mixed shrub borders; inspired designs that create idealised landscapes in a stylised manner and a truly innovative garden created by a local artist full of texture, colour and sculptural trees.
Proceeds to the hanging basket project.
Plant sales: There will be a variety of plants for sale at some of the gardens.
Cost: £5.00 adults.
