Southease Open Gardens

Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th June 2018
12.30pm to 5.00pm
Held annually in order to raise funds for our 1000 year old historic church with its 13th century wall paintings. Gardens will be open, all within a short walking distance of the village green.
Food, cakes and teas available on the village green, and Pimm's stall.
On both days between 2.00pm and 4.00pm, there will be a Question Time with Mark Divall, head gardener at Charleston farmhouse for over 30 years.
All Proceeds to Southease Church Fabric Repair and General Funds.
Plant sales: Plants may be for sale at various gardens.
Cost: £6.00 adults, accompanied under 16s free.
Number of gardens: Approximately 7 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.

Directions: Southease is located on the C7 between Lewes and Newhaven. By rail to Southease Station (half a mile to the village on the South Downs Way). Trains from Brighton, Lewes and Seaford. Village cannot be accessed by car directly from the A26.
