Llanychaer Open Garden Weekend
Llanychaer, near Fishguard, Pembrokeshire
Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July 2017
Gardens open from 2.00pm
This will be our sixth Open Garden event with gardens open along with our decorated church.
The variety of themes our gardens have to offer surprise most visitors, from a garden that has won national acclaim to a superb cottage vegetable garden. There's an old medieval farmhouse, with borders amassed with planting, abundant lawns and paths through acres of grounds with glorious views.
Each garden is unique, showing the dedication and pride of their passionate owners, none more so than one family whose immaculate grounds and colourful display is the setting for a model railway. Whichever garden you're, in you'll always be surrounded by the Pembrokeshire countryside, the perfect backdrop for the delights that are on display.
The use of a motor vehicle is essential to reach some of the gardens.
All proceeds raised via the Open Gardens Event will go towards village enhancement projects.
Cost: £4.00 for weekend ticket, accompanied under 16s free.
