Sorry, but Coddenham Open Gardens and Scarecrows isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

11.00am to 4.30pm

As well as many lovely gardens to visit, most usually hidden from view, we will have lots of scarecrows to spot, home made teas at the Village Hall, a barbecue at the shop, and other attractions too.

The scarecrow competition is being judged by famous comedian, actor and local resident Roy Hudd.

All profits to St Mary's Church and the Town 102 Kids' Trust.

Plant sales:  Some gardens may have plants on sale.

Cost:  Adults 3.50 in advance or 4.00 on the day, accompanied under 18s free.

How to get event passports:  Tickets are available from Coddenham Food Stores from early June.

Directions:  Coddenham is on the B1078, northwest of Ipswich. From A14, take junction 51 onto A140 and take first turning on the right onto the B1078. Coddenham is about two miles along this road. The car park is in School Road and will be signposted.
