Many gardens will be open, ranging from tiny courtyards to rambling moorland-edge gardens, all demonstrating an individual style to suit the challenging gardening conditions of this stunning Pennine hill village location. Many plots boast glorious views over the Calder Valley and beyond, and visitors are always assured of a very warm welcome.
Gorgeous home made lunches and refreshments are available at various locations through the village.
All proceeds to Midgley Community Forum.
Plant sales: Plant sales at various gardens.
Cost: £5.00 per adult which covers both days. Accompanied children free.
How to get event passports: Tickets available from gardens on the day or from Midgley Village shop.
Number of gardens: Approximately 15 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.

Directions: Midgley is situated on the hilltop above Mytholmroyd. From Hebden Bridge, take the A646 towards Halifax and turn left into Midgley Road in Mytholmroyd. From Halifax turn right off the A646 into Luddenden Lane after the Pelican crossing in Luddendenfoot and follow the road right up to Midgley. Parking at Midgley school and on the roadside.
