Petersham Open Gardens

approx 10 gardens open Petersham, Richmond, Surrey
Sunday 3rd June 2018
11.00am to 5.00pm

The picturesque village of Petersham, joint winner of London in Bloom for a small village 2017, is excited to host its biennial Open Gardens event.

The gates of some of Petersham's most beautiful and secluded private gardens will be open to visitors. With a variety of gorgeous gardens on show there is something to suit every taste: the grand, the ornate, the natural, the modern-minimalist, the picture-box perfect, the Zen, the quirky and even gardens in the making.

Garden spotting is thirsty work so teas and delicious homemade cakes will be on sale from mid-day at the Ham and Petersham Sea Scouts and from Petersham Lodge in River Lane. There will also be a BBQ, weather permitting.

Visit our website to read what some of our visitors had to say in 2016.

Proceeds to The Petersham Environment Trust - a charitable trust dedicated to help fund environmental causes in and around the village of Petersham including the preservation of woodlands, hedgerows, flora, forna, birds and insects. A percentage of funds raised will also be donated to a local community cause.

Cost:  In advance via our website: 12.00 per person, 8.00 for concessions; on the day 15.00 per person, 10.00 concessions. Accompanied under 16s free.

How to get event passports:  Reduced rate advance tickets are now on sale via our website, or they can be purchased on the day from dedicated ticket desks signposted in the village. Last tickets 4.00pm.
