Sorry, but Taverham Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

Sunday 12th June 2016
12.00noon to 5.00pm

All gardens are within a mile of St Edmund's Taverham Church. There will be a 'royal' theme in honour of the Queen Elizabeth II 90th birthday. Members of the public are invited to enter a mini-garden into a competition - these will be displayed on the church glebe.

Some gardens will have additional attractions, eg barbecue lunches, cream teas, giant games on the lawn, as well as a 'find the royal corgi' competition for children. At 5.30 pm there will be Songs of Praise on the church glebe.

All proceeds are for St Edmunds's church, Taverham.

Plant sales:  There will be plants for sale on the church glebe.

Cost:  4.00 on the day, 3.00 in advance from Abbot's Estate Agents in Victoria Road, Taverham. Children free.
