Cottingham Open Gardens

 approx 21 gardens open Cottingham, East Yorkshire
Sunday 18th and Sunday 25th June 2017 (two separate days)
10.00am to 4.00pm

A wide range of gardens in terms of both size (from a hundred square yards up to two acres and more) and design, offering a great opportunity for visitors to these normally private grounds, to get ideas for their own gardens and to talk to the owners about the plants and how to grow and nurture them to give the best effect.

There will also be a wide range of other things to do and see as visitors tour the gardens, plus a raffle with wonderful prizes.

All net income will be donated to Dove House Hospice in Hull.

Plant sales:  Several of the gardens will have plants for sale, many taken from cuttings of plants on show in the gardens themselves.

Cost:  4.00 adults, accompanied children free.

How to get event passports:  Entry is by a single ticket available in advance from any of the Dove House Charity Shops across Hull and the East Riding, also Barkers Newsagents, The Duke Of Cumberland pub, or at any of the gardens on the days of the events.
