Draycott Open Gardens
Draycott, near Long Eaton, Derbyshire
Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th June 2018
11.00am to 5.00pm
Draycott has many interesting gardens, of various sizes and styles, from small cottage gardens to larger, more formal gardens. The village was awarded Gold in the RHS East Midlands in Bloom competition in 2016 and 2017 and is entering the National competition this year, so the whole village will be a blaze of colour again.
Come and spend a day, or the whole weekend in our pretty Derbyshire Village. See the lovely hanging baskets, themed displays, as well of course as the open gardens themselves.
Refreshments available at the village's tearooms, coffee shop, public houses and in some gardens.
All proceeds from this event go back into the local community to help fund future events and projects.
Plant sales: Plant sales available at a number of the gardens and at the Draycott Village Fund and Draycott in Bloom stall on Saturday.
Cost: £2.00 per adult. Entry maps are valid for both days.
How to get event passports: Maps available where signposted in the village a week before and during the event.
