Ingleby Arncliffe, near Northallerton, Yorkshire

Welcome to the wonderful gardens of Ingleby, from cottage gardens to vegetable and fruit orchards. Ingleby is a very friendly village between Northallerton and Stokesley, and it dates back to the Domesday Book.
We are aiming to have a good range of gardens open including restoration of Victorian glass houses at Arncliffe Hall. There will be a scarecrow competition, and in the village Hall, coffees, teas, cakes, scones, tombola plus art exhibition.
Other activities include vintage / classic cars, Scarecrow Trail (entry cost £1.00) plus award for best scarecrow, flower arrangements at All Saints Church and the Methodist Church, and at the Water Tower an early 1900s fire engine.
Proceeds to local churches and organisations.
Plant sales: Plant stall on the green at Ingleby Cross.
Cost: £4.00 per adult each day, accompanied children free.

Directions: From the north - A19 south, past A67 (Yarm), half mile beyond Exelby Services turn left. At junction take left and immediate right, down hill, car parking at bottom of hill adjacent to village hall. From south - A19 north to A172 to Stokeley. In half a mile exit left off A172. Village hall and car parking on your left
