Sorry, but Mellis Hidden Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June 2015
11.00am to 5.00pm

From a secret courtyard to a wild church garden, as well as a varied selection of new and established gardens, we invite you to visit The Hidden Gardens of Mellis.

Scattered over the ancient Common of Mellis, now managed by Suffolk Wildlife Trust, the Common is strewn with wild flowers and rare plants in summer. Good parking facilities and refeshments, including cream teas, are available. Our Arts centre, located by the pub in the village centre, will be open with exhibits by local artists.

All proceeds to St. Mary's Church, Mellis.

Plant sales:  Plant sales outside the church and at various gardens.

Cost:  5.00 for adults, accompanied under 18s free.

How to get event passports:  Tickets can be purchased on either day from outside the church or from the pub.

Directions:  From the A143, take the Mellis, Burgate turning and drive for about 4 minutes. From the A140, take the Mellis, Yaxley turning and drive for about 4 minutes.
