A wonderful selection of village gardens, all sizes, many styles and something for everyone. Amongst the gardens you can find sweeping views and sheltered corners, vegetables and fruit, ponds and other interesting features as well as many beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees.
Other attractions include teas at the village hall, plant, book, bric a brac, cake stalls and a bran tub.
All proceeds will be shared equally between Stainton Village Hall and East Cumbria Family Support.
Plant sales: A plant stall will run in one of the open gardens.
Cost: £5.00 adults accompanied under 16s free. Tickets bought on Saturday remain valid for Sunday.
How to get event passports: Tickets on the day from the Village Hall, or in advance from the Village Shop, Brantwood Hotel or the Alpaca Centre.
Number of gardens: Approximately 15 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.
