Sorry, but Doynton Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event
Doynton, east of Bristol, Gloucestershire
Sunday 29th and Bank Holiday Monday 30th May 2016
12.00noon to 5.00pm
The village is situated on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The gardens that will be opening have a wide cross section of types from an amazing wood planted in the 80s, a newly planted stylish cottage garden, a recently refurbished and designed large country house garden, to a very formal large garden planted with box hedging and central water canal.
The local pub The Cross House will be serving a special ploughman's lunch with a generous donation going to our selected two charities. Afternoon teas being served in our Village Hall from 2.30pm.
Please note that some gardens are unsuitable for visitors with restricted mobility. We regret that only assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens.
Proceeds to Forever Friends RUH Cancer Charity and St Peter's Hospice.
Cost: £5.00 adults, accompanied under 16s free.
