Bessacarr Open Gardens

Some fabulously varied and interesting suburban gardens based around Whin Hill Rd, including two NGS gardens and the private garden of a Chelsea Show gold medal winner, variously open over one weekend.
Children's treasure hunt - all winners. Refreshments, great value plants, and produce stall.
All proceed go to local charities. In the past we have supported Doncaster foodbanks, Samaritans, homeless charities and Salvation Army.
Plant sales: Plant sales at most gardens - buy the plants you have admired in the gardens.
Cost: £4.00 per adult covers both days, accompanied under 16s free. Children's treasure hunt £1.00.
How to get event passports: Tickets on the day from any open garden on Whin Hill Road or in advance from Walker's Garden Centre, Blaxton.
Number of gardens: Approximately 8 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.
