Southwell is one of the prettiest market towns in Nottinghamshire. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the gardens in this Minister Town. Whatever your gardening interests there will be something to admire. The gardens that will be open will range in size and design,from large to small and from formal to informal.
Refreshments, tea and cakes will be available coutesy of Southwell WI in the State Chambers next to the Minster.
Proceeds in aid of Reach UK, MHA Live at Home Scheme, Southwell WI and Southwell Gardening Club.
How to get event passports: Buy a map of participating garden at any of our open gardens or at the entrance to the Education Garden at the Minster.

Directions: Southwell is 8 miles from Newark on the A612 and 12 miles from Nottingham. Follow the garden route (less than 4km) on Westgate, Dunham Close, Ropewalk, Lower Kirklington Road, The Burgage, Church Street and the Minster. There are public car parks on Church Street opposite the Minster and at the end of Bishops Drive - both are within 500 metres of the Minster
