Bishampton Open Gardens

Sixty year old Tilly the tortoise will be co-hosting one of Bishampton’s gardens this year as part of their three-yearly popular event. Tilly will be sharing the limelight with his owner, Carol Keep, alongside nine other very different gardens, including a beekeepers’ plot, a variety of flower and vegetable gardens, a landscaped garden featuring a natural pond, a lake and a nature reserve.
Worcestershire’s Master Composters will also be on hand to give folk advice on how to start composting, and offer support and advice.
Free shuttle bus will be on hand throughout the event and refreshments on offer at the Village Hall.
Proceeds will be shared with the Midlands Air Ambulance and the Evesham Greyhound and Lurcher Rescue charities.
Plant sales: Plant sales will be on offer at the Village Hall.
Cost: £5.00 adults, accompanied under 16s free.
