Bottesford Open Gardens

A range of village gardens will be open to visit, both large and small, as well as Bottesford Bowls Club where you can 'have a go'. Admire 'View in Passing' gardens on the way to Open Gardens.
In St Mary's Church there will be flower displays on the theme 'Favourite Hymns'. Our church organist will be playing popular tunes and songs during the weekend. On Sunday the church is open for viewing from 12.00 noon, after the 10.30am service.
Lunches and other refreshments available along with homemade cakes and drinks. There are some wheelchair accessible gardens. Assistance dogs only in the gardens please.

Plant sales: Plants for sale at 'Underacre'.
Cost: £4.00 adults covers both days, accompanied under 18s free. Non-ticket holders are welcome at St Mary's church.
How to get event passports: On the day from St. Mary's Church as well as some of the gardens; in advance (and on the day) from Bottesford Community Library, the Co-op and Select Convenience.
Number of gardens: Approximately 12 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.

Directions: By road, Bottesford is between Bingham and Grantham, just off the A52, about 7 miles from each. Head towards the centre of the village to find the church. By train, Bottesford railway station is on the Nottingham to Grantham line.
