 approx 20 gardens opened Boxford, near Sudbury, Suffolk

11.00am to 5.00pm

Come and enjoy a great day out for all the family in the beautiful villages of Boxford and neighbouring Groton and Edwardstone. There will be plenty of gardens to explore - large and small and of many different types - cottage, courtyard, riverside and contemporary.

Cakes, light lunches and cream teas in the Villlage Hall. There will be plant-related stalls and a cake stall in front of the school hall. The church tower will be open for breathtaking views. Free shuttle bus from the village centre.

All proceeds from the day will benefit Boxford St Mary's Church.

Plant sales:  Plant sales in front of Boxford Primary School Hall.

Cost:  5.00 adults, accompanied children free.

How to get event passports:  Buy entry at the church or at any of the gardens that will be open - look out for the Garden Open signs.
