This event is resting for 2018
Sorry, but Chalford and France Lynch Garden Trail isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

approx 45 gardens opened Chalford, near Stroud, Gloucestershire
Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th June 2017
12.00noon to 6.00pm

Since 1979 The Chalford and France Lynch Garden Trail has been one of the most popular trails in the area. A huge number of gardens are open to the public for the whole weekend, ranging from tiny postage stamp plots to several acres by stately homes, many with stunning views of the Golden Valley, all reflecting the individual characters of the owners - be it topiary, formal lawns and herbaceous borders, running water, precision vegetable gardens, wildflowers, butterflies and moths - the variety is endless.

This is a wonderful chance to wander round an "alpine village", take tea with home-made cakes and scones in shady gardens, while taking in panoramic views down the Golden Valley.

Money raised goes to local village good causes.
