This event is resting for 2018
Sorry, but Walgrave Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

approx 8 gardens opened Walgrave, near Northampton and Kettering, Northamptonshire
Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April 2017
12.00noon to 5.00pm

Walgrave villagers in Northamptonshire have opened their gardens for the past 20 years ... and are not stopping now.

This year we are showing our gardens in spring by popular demand. We will have larger established gardens, smaller cottage gardens, family gardens and vegetable gardens too showing the colourful perennials in the gardens at this time of year.

We also sell Heritage Tomato Plants which produce the most wonderful tomatoes, and this year will have additional seeds and plants for sale too. There will be a Seed Exchange too ? so bring some of your own.

Also wonderful refreshments to sustain you - cakes and teas.

All proceeds go to the village hall fund or local charities.

Plant sales:  Plants are available for sale at various points in the village during the weekend.

Cost:  Tickets cost only 4.00 per person and children go free.

How to get event passports:  Programmes are available on the day from central information points and also from each garden.
