Talaton Open Gardens

 approx 11 gardens opened Talaton, east of Exeter, Devon
Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May 2017
2.00pm to 6.00pm

This event is now in its 24th year and as usual a wide variety of gardens will be open within the parish. These will range in size from large to small, from gardens adapted for grandchildren and dogs to two spacious cottage gardens, one with meandering stream, the other with a bog garden. A miniature steam railway is a major feature in one particular garden.

Children can play 'Hunt the Hidden Object' in each garden. The village Scarecrow Competition will be ongoing and visitors votes will be most welcome. Garden Codeword Puzzle and prize. Cream Teas.

All proceeds to the Parish Church and Hall.

Plant sales:  Plant sales will be available in some gardens.

Cost:  5.00 covers both days, accompanied under 16s free.
