Naseby Village Open Gardens
Naseby, near Northampton, Northamptonshire Sunday 14th July 2013 2.00pm to 5.30pm
Naseby Village and Open Gardens is open again this year and sees many splendid gardens opening their gates as well as the historic All Saints Church open to visitors.
With an array of traditional cottage style and more modern gardens with some overlooking rolling fields, there is something for everyone to gain inspiration from.
Teas will be served in the Village Hall and at other locations. There will be stalls for local crafts, wood turning, paintings, plants and flowers, tombola, face painting 'find the hedgehog', children's colouring, cakes and jams as well as a raffle with some fine prizes. Something for everyone.
There will be the opportunity for a history walk around the village by local Historian Pat Crecraft at 2.30pm and 4.00pm.
All proceeds to the Naseby Church Restoration Fund (NCRF) raising money for the All Saints Parochial Church Council.
Plant sales: There will be a plant stall at the Village Hall.
Cost: £3.00 adults, accompanied children free.
How to get event passports: Buy tickets on the day from the Village Hall or from any garden.
