Gardens open around a small country village with a Flower Festival in St George's Church.
There are 19 gardens open this year. One of our gardens was given an award in 2011 for 'Britains greenest garden' awarded by the magazine 'Brilliant Homes' in conjunction with B&Q. In 2012 we entered East Midlands in Bloom and the church yard was awarded a special Judges award; the rest of the village and gardens was awarded the Silver Guilt Award and the RHS put our name forward for the RHS National in Bloom for this year so our event is well worth a visit.
Ploughman's lunches and cream teas available along with drinks in the local village hall.
