The Open Gardens National DirectoryMany thanks for following this link, and our apologies for sending out a cold email. Promoting Town and Village Open GardensThis site is all about promoting town and village Open Gardens. It has been designed and launched by two keen gardeners who had difficulty advertising their own village's Open Gardens event, and who also struggled to find out the dates of events in neighbouring villages. The solutionA website aimed specifically at the smaller organisers, those volunteers who bring together gardeners and gardens, plant enthusiasts and hobbyists, Hosta lovers and Pelargonium fanciers - the melting pot of Middle England that is Open Gardens. Please add your event, even if it has passedIf your event is added to this site, people can find you by searching for your event name, county, postcode, or date. Please check our listing to ensure that your event is in there. If your event has already taken place, don't worry - add it anyway as it will still be useful for people to see, and it can easily be updated when next year's dates have been decided. If you're not included, people won't know about you! Keeping it simple and keeping it personalWe've tried to design the site to be simple to use, and simple to update. We love plants, not websites, so the less time people spend in front of the screen, the better. We are always keen to hear feedback, so please tour our website and feel free to contact us at Open Gardens.
