Belper Open Gardens

Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June 2026
11.00am to 4.00pm

Meander through the historic streets of Belper and enjoy a variety of private gardens, public parks and award winning eateries.

Visitors follow a trail of open gardens, giving a unique opportunity to see the hidden garden gems of historic and beautiful Belper, a town proud to have won Best Large Town at the Royal Horticultural Society Britain in Bloom National Awards for 2012.

Refreshments and entertainment will be on offer.

Proceeds:  All proceeds from entrance fees will go to a number of local charities.

Plant sales:  Plant sales at a number of venues.

Cost:  £5.00 adults, covers both days, accompanied children free. Cash only please.

How to get tickets / programmes:  Available on the day from the garden at 26 Windmill Rise and from Reunion Deli and Cafe, 23 Strutt Street. The Reunion Deli and Cafe will also sell afvance tickets.

Number of gardens:  Approximately 11 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.
