Draycott Open Gardens Festival

approx 12 gardens open Draycott, near Long Eaton, Derbyshire
Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June 2026
11.00am to 5.00pm

Come and view the many interesting and varied gardens on display this year, from small cottage gardens to larger, more formal gardens.

The village was awarded Gold in the RHS East Midlands in Bloom competition in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022 and also Gold in the RHS Britain in Bloom competition in 2018 and 2022.

As a result, expect to see the whole village looking spectacular. Do take time to admire not only the open gardens and planting displays but the artwork created by the 'In Bloom' group to complement it. Don't miss 'The Living Wall' commended by the RHS and part of the village's 'In Bloom' entry.

There will be musicians or artists in some gardens.

Come and spend a day or the whole weekend in our Derbyshire village. See the lovely hanging baskets, themed displays, as well as the open gardens themselves.
