Woolpit Open Gardens

 approx 20 gardens open Woolpit, east of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Welcome to our Open Gardens event in the picturesque historic village of Woolpit which can be found in the centre of Suffolk.

A wide range of village gardens will be open ranging from large to small, formal to cottage style.

There will be music in our church provided by Bury St. Edmunds U3A Recorder Consort.

The event includes a WI produce stall and you can enjoy lunch served in the church, afternoon teas in the church and in one of the gardens.

Proceeds:  Proceeds from the event will go towards the upkeep of our magnificent medieval church of St Mary's which has many beautiful historic features including one of the most stunning angel roofs in Suffolk.

Plant sales:  Plant sales at our church.

Cost:  £7.50 adults, accompanied under 16s free.
