Sorry, but Slapton Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

 approx 14 gardens opened Slapton, between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge, Devon
Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th June 2022
1.30pm to 5.30pm

A fascinating range of gardens will be open around the delightful village of Slapton. Courtyards, eco-gardens, beautiful borders, mature gardens, productive vegetable gardens and ongoing developing gardens.

There will be an exhibition of work by local artists in a studio at one of the gardens.

The village and gardens are hilly and not really suitable for wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility.

Lovely cream teas with home-made cakes in the church, and local ice cream.

Proceeds:  All proceeds to Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, Rowcroft Hospice and St. James the Great church.

Plant sales:  There will be a well stocked plant market, all plants grown in village gardens.

Cost:  £5.00 adults, accompanied children free. Cash preferred, as mobile connections are unpredictable.

How to get tickets / programmes:  Buy tickets on the day at the village hall.
