Woodford Open Gardens

 approx 12 gardens open Woodford, near Thrapston, Northamptonshire
Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May 2026
1.00pm to 5.00pm

A wide variety of village gardens, some large and grand, some small and intimate, will be open on both afternoons.

We have been opening every year since 2005 (except 2020), so please come and enjoy the afternoon in the delightful gardens in our lovely Northamptonshire village by the River Nene.

Teas and cakes will be served in the Church and there will be a chance to enjoy a glass of Pimm's next to the river Nene.

Proceeds:  All proceeds to St. Mary's Church Woodford Repair Fund, to be used for the upkeep of our beautiful medieval building.

Plant sales:  The "David's growing for the NHS" record-breaking fundraising plant stall will be open - a venture dedicated to supporting the NHS through the passion for growing plants.

Cost:  £5.00 adults, covers both days, accompanied under 16s free.

How to get tickets / programmes:  Tickets available on the Green and at the Church.

Number of gardens:  Approximately 12 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.
