Breedon Open Gardens
Breedon on the Hill, Leicestershire Saturday 27th June 2026 10.00am to 4.30pm
Come along and experience the charm of our small community and explore some hidden garden gems all with friendly hosts. Take a stroll round our historic village, including The Green, little herb garden and experience the lock up.
Visit our beautiful church situated on the very top of Breedon Quarry. If you have the energy you can walk there, but driving is also possible.
Some gardens may be offering handmade items and produce for sale.
Browse local business stalls in our Parish Hall where refreshments will be served by the WI. We also have a little village shop The Pinnacle Store and two very popular country pubs - Hollybush Inn and The Three Horseshoes who will be open for food and drinks.
Proceeds: Proceeds to Breedon Priory Church.
Plant sales: There will be plants for sale.
Cost: Free entry, but donations will be greatly appreciated in support of Breedon Priory Church.
How to get tickets / programmes: Maps available from 1 Main Street (next to the Green) and 1 Stud Farm Close (off Cross Street).

Directions / Parking: We have a Derbyshire postcode but our village is actually in Leicestershire - we sit on the border of both counties.
Starting point is 1 Main street, next to The Green. There is parking available at the Pinnacle Store, The Parish hall situated next to the green, and at one of our pubs - The Three Horseshoes.
