Watchet Open Gardens Weekend

Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June 2026
10.00am to 4.00pm

Interesting gardens not usually open to the public, some with a wonderful view of the sea or the sound of the nostalgic steam train which runs at the bottom of their gardens.

Cream teas available at some gardens.

Proceeds:  Proceeds to Watchet Salvation Army, West Somerset Homelessness Project and Watchet Garden and Flower Show.

Plant sales:  There will be some plants for sale.

Cost:  £5.00 adults, covers both days, accompanied 12s to 16s free, no children under 12 please.

How to get tickets / programmes:  From Watchet Visitor Centre or via our ticket website (small fee payable).

Number of gardens:  Approximately 10 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.

Toilet Facilities:  Toilets are available at this event.

Directions / Parking:  There is limited on-road parking at the gardens but there are five public car parks in Watchet within short walking distance of five of the ten gardens. Access to map on 'Watchet Gardening Club' Facebook group page or when you buy a ticket.
