Discover the charm of Marton cum Grafton with a delightful day exploring a collection of beautiful and private gardens, each unique in style and character. Set in an elevated position, the village offers stunning views across the Dales to the west and towards the White Horse to the east. Many gardens offer wheelchair access.
This popular event is perfect for visitors of all ages, combining inspiring gardens with a warm village atmosphere. In addition to the gardens, visitors can enjoy a variety of attractions throughout the day, including a local art and crafts exhibition, a striking floral display in Christ Church, and traditional village fête activities on Grafton Green. Families will find plenty to keep children entertained, including petting animals and a bouncy slide.
A special highlight this year is a fantastic display of vintage and supercars.
A range of refreshments will be available, with lunches, cakes and drinks served at Marton Village Hall, alongside tea and homemade cakes provided by the WI in Grafton. BBQ food and ice creams will also be available on the Green.
Proceeds: All proceeds from the event will go towards community projects.

Cost: £7.50 on the day, £6.00 in advance, accompanied 16s and under free.

Directions / Parking: Marton-cum-Grafton is conveniently situated between York, Harrogate and Boroughbridge; just off the A168 (junction 47 or 48 of the A1). A courtesy bus service will operate between different parts of the village. Car parking is available.
